Luxurious Hand Car Wash

Don’t trust the employees - Any communication with them needs to be documented. The managers onsite are young guys who have no clue and they have no authority. This establishment has One of the worst customer services I’ve dealt with. I confirmed services for an extraction + wash for $150. The guy gives back the car, windows not cleaned, extraction barely done and debris still left in the car back seats. When I asked them to just touch up the areas missed, they said their job is done and it’s not their fault. I take the car back and try to explain to them that it’s not a huge deal just complete a 4” section of extraction under the seat, the manager confirmed. I even paid a deposit to get the tints done for $450 (more work now totaling $600). They confirmed that they’ll take care of everything and make sure everything is good. I get a call from the manager at 11:30AM that no one in their shop wants to work on the car. They still charged me $100 for not doing the proper cleaning or extraction - which I paid because they said they supposedly did the service. Check the reviews of this place and see that I am not the only person that says communication and employees are the issue wi

Today I took my Toyota Highlander to be washed and spent a total of $95, including the wash and tip. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While I was there, an incident occurred involving another customer. I am not sure exactly what happened, but the situation became uncomfortable and appeared potentially dangerous. No one called the police or seemed to take control of the situation. When I asked for my vehicle to be brought to me, the employees laughed and acted as if they did not care about the customers. I never saw a manager or anyone in a position of responsibility address the situation. Their lack of professionalism was very frustrating. To make matters worse, the quality of the wash was not worth the money I spent. I have come here before and received good service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The employees appeared more interested in socializing than helping customers, and several were openly smoking marijuana while on the job. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. Customers deserve professionalism, respect, and quality service for the money they pay.

I paid for a gold wash expecting a basic level of attention to detail, and that’s not what I received. 2-3 employee ms worked on the car, yet somehow the driver’s side wheels (face and barrels) were completely skipped. Literally not washed at all. While the rest of the car was cleaned and even hand dried. When I was told the car was ready, I’m thinking I’m good to go but something told me to do a quick walk-around, the issue was obvious immediately. I brought it up, expecting a quick fix, but instead of addressing it, the employee questioned whether I had even paid and tried to bring me inside to verify payment. That alone was frustrating and unnecessary. After confirming I had paid, he spoke to the workers who missed the wheels but never came back to me with a resolution, apology, or even acknowledgment. I was essentially left there with an incomplete job and no follow up. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and accountability is what made this a poor experience. I shouldn’t have to double check basic parts of a “full service” wash or chase someone down to correct it.

TOP DOG 🥇🥇 $20 for a hand wash and $45 for the Lux Gold. $45 is steep but I’m very happy I got it: 1) power washed 2) spray foamed 3) hand scrubbed 4) power washed again 5) interior & floor mats cleaned Very meticulous and service oriented. The best hand car wash in Hempstead 💪💪. The level of service is nothing short of Outstanding 👍👍
